Big change often begins with a small pause.

I’m Lou, founder of Comma & Thread.

My work is rooted in a simple idea: when we give ourselves permission to pause, we create space to see more clearly and choose what comes next with intention.

I work primarily through 1:1 coaching, team coaching and facilitation, and reflective group spaces. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful individuals experiencing leadership moments or periods of transition, often carrying the tension between work, life and confidence in their own judgement. Much of my work is with women, including mothers, as they hold responsibility and explore shifts in identity and direction.

Through calm, conversation led coaching and facilitation, I create space to slow down, listen carefully and make sense of what’s really going on. This work is not about quick fixes or performance. It is about thinking clearly, being honest, and finding ways forward that feel grounded, human and sustainable.
